Information you provide

The enquiry form collects your name, company, email, stock location, inventory description and any optional file you attach. Please limit attachments to business inventory information. Do not include identity documents, bank details or sensitive personal information.

How information is used

We use enquiry information to assess your inventory, reply to you and discuss a possible purchase. We do not use this form to subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.

Services used to handle enquiries

Netlify hosts this website and processes and stores form submissions and uploaded files. Email notifications are sent to our Gmail inbox. These services may process data outside your country. If you use the WhatsApp link, your communication is handled through WhatsApp. The reference product image is currently loaded from an external image host, which receives the information needed to deliver that image.

Attachments and retention

Uploaded files can be accessed through file links in the enquiry system and email notifications. Do not use this form for confidential or sensitive documents; contact us first to agree on a suitable delivery method. We keep enquiry information as needed to review and discuss your inventory and to meet applicable recordkeeping requirements.

Your requests

You can email us to request access, correction or deletion of your enquiry information, subject to applicable recordkeeping obligations. Avoid sending private documents with such requests unless we ask for them through an agreed method.
